{"id":63,"date":"2014-03-06T13:20:17","date_gmt":"2014-03-06T13:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xxx.ngo.lv\/?page_id=63"},"modified":"2014-05-13T10:15:27","modified_gmt":"2014-05-13T10:15:27","slug":"training-course-youth-work-new-approaches-new-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/network.ngo.lv\/?page_id=63","title":{"rendered":"2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Training course \u201cYouth work: New approaches \u2013 New Opportunities\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>16-22 April 2013, Riga, Latvia<\/p>\n<p>The project aimed to develop youth work on intercultural learning and social inclusion by raising competences of youth workers in using modern non-formal education tools and recourses including e-learning and social networks.\u00a0Representatives of 27 non-governmental organizations, youth workers and activists from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Georgia, Poland, Finland, Armenia and Romania have taken part in the training course.<\/p>\n<p>During training course participants obtained practical skills and knowledge in the areas of:\u00a0Intercultural learning and inclusion concepts and their relevance to youth work; project management;\u00a0European resources for youth work including European Youth Foundation; various tools of the Internet for the purposes of youth work; social networks in field of youth work and how to use in practice;
