to develop co-operation and networking among youth organizations in Europe;
to build capacity and competences of communities and organizations leaders, activists and volunteers in non-formal education, NGO management, Human Rights and intercultural learning;
to develop youth work projects and initiatives;
to promote human rights and democratic values;
to promote tolerance and gender equality;
to promote equal active participation and citizenship in political and social life of Europe.
